I'm on an AI Detox... and I freaking love it!
For a while now, I've been feeling like I can't think, and worse, that I have NOTHING to say.
As a longtime business owner and someone who believes deeply in consistency, this feeling has been deeply troubling.
I didn't want to keep putting out content for the sake of content... and yet, how do you keep showing up when you genuinely feel like you have nothing to say.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I had an important aha moment around my AI usage (thank you Brene Brown and Adam Grant).
This is not an anti-AI email... but it is a call for us to really reevaluate our usage and ask ourselves:
"Are we abdicating our thinking to AI?"
"By using this, even responsibly, what are we losing/gaining in our thinking?"
As a fractional strategist and thought partner, thinking, listening, and really going deep is the work I do with clients, AND somehow I lost my way for myself.
This is me finally back to me!
I'm just scratching the surface on this episode, but I recorded my thoughts on this and my experience... and of course, why I'm on a detox.
