When you're too close to it to see clearly

Reader,

You know that moment when you’ve been staring at something for so long that it becomes hard to see what’s really there?

As we head into February, maybe you're taking a critical look at your business, the way you lead, or even your next move.

That fuzziness that comes up is a sign you’ve been inside the system too long.

Sometimes, the only way to unlock what’s next is to step outside of what’s always been, so you can imagine what might be.

Perhaps it's look at the roles you play in your business and wanting something to be different

Maybe you need something to shake up the rhythm or reset expectations.

That’s what the Built to Last Egypt Retreat is about.

This retreat is designed to give you perspective in a place that’s old enough, sacred enough, complex enough to hold your questions.

But even more than that, perhaps even better than that, it’s about being in relationship with women who are navigating their own systems, in their own countries, and asking the same hard questions you are.

What am I building?

Who is it for?

Is it meant to last?

On this 2-week transformational retreat, we’ll sit with Egyptian women, many of who are leaders in operations, HR, entrepreneurship, and community-building, and we’ll listen, trade stories and strategies, and connect.

In doing so, we’ll begin to see our own work differently... because we changed where we’re standing.

This retreat is about going deeper.

If you’re ready for that kind of recalibration, I'd love for you to join us.

There are 2 spots left, and you can learn more and reserve your spot by clicking here!
