The Scoop: What's blooming?

THE SCOOP

Hey Reader,

Spring is here, and despite the fact that it doesn't quite feel like it (snow's coming this week in Colorado), there’s something magical about this season.

After months of stillness, things are finally starting to wake up. The light is lingering longer, the air is softening, and, if you look closely, you’ll see the first signs of growth everywhere.

In fact, we've been playing a little game at our house... find the flowers. Last fall, my husband planted a bunch of perennial bulbs in our yard, and it's been so fun to wake up each morning and see little surprises popping out of the ground!

The same is often true in our businesses.

We plant seeds — of ideas, offers, relationships, visions — sometimes back in the fall or even long before that, and it’s not until spring or a new season arrives that we begin to see them push through the surface.

As we welcome this season of renewal and fresh energy, I invite you to reflect with me:

🌱 What seeds did you plant last fall in life or business that are just now beginning to bloom?

🌱 Where are you starting to feel momentum or signs of new growth?

🌱 What do you need this season, in the way of support, resources, mindset, to nurture that growth?

🌱 Are there areas in your business that need a little pruning in order to make space for that new growth?

I asked these questions today in a networking event I hosted, and the conversations were SO rich!

I'd love to hear what’s blooming for you, so hit reply and please share.

And if there's anything I can do to support you as step into this new season of business growth, please feel free to reach out!

THE BLOG/PODCAST

The first year I started my online business, I posted 3-4 times DAILY across multiple platforms. I ran that content hamster wheel until exhaustion hit... and kept going.

10 out of 10 do not recommend.

Chasing every new platform, trying to stay endlessly visible, and watching my ideas fade into noise wasn’t sustainable—or effective.

Because true visibility comes from knowing exactly where your voice carries farthest—and choosing to be there intentionally. It is strategic, purposeful, and aligned with YOUR unique strengths.

In my latest blog/podcast episode, I’m sharing why strategic visibility wins every time—and how to decide exactly where your voice belongs.
