AND, more importantly, I wanted to remind you that your ideas, your voice, and your work aren't just a nice-to-have, they're necessary.
Unfortunately, we still live in a world where women are asked to prove their worth (I seriously hate that term), to justify their leadership and successes with data, and to back up their vision with numbers in a business case.
And while the numbers do speak loudly - female-led companies generate more revenue, make better decisions, and build stronger communities - the most important message is this:
Your work is already making a difference, your voice is already powerful, and the world needs more of it.

I wrote and recorded Part 2 of this series to go beyond the business case. Our work is about equity, visibility, and revamping a system that was never designed for us in the first place.
