As we move into Thanksgiving week, I’ve been reflecting on what I’m most grateful for, and you are at the very top of that list.
Your courage, your ideas, your leadership, your willingness to grow… it’s all extraordinary. Whether we’ve worked together directly or you’re part of this community from afar, the impact you’re making on your clients, your teams, your families, and your communities, ripples further than you can see.
As we near the end of this Re-Architecting Your Business series, I’ve been thinking about the moment that shifted everything for me.
A night in 2022 when I bolted upright in a dark hotel room, heart pounding, a single phrase repeating in my mind like a whisper from somewhere ancient: Egyptian Women Entrepreneur Initiative.
I didn’t know what it meant then, but I knew it mattered.
That was the beginning of my business rebuild, long before I had the clarity, the readiness, or the alignment to act on it. It would take a couple of years before I fully understood the friction I was feeling… and even longer to build a business that matched the woman I was becoming.
This year, I stepped fully into that evolution. I rebuilt my business around my deepest conviction... that women’s ideas truly do change the world, and that entrepreneurship is one of the most powerful levers for justice, equity, and global sisterhood.
This community - you - has been part of that journey. Thank you. Truly.
