You know how you start thinking about something and then you see it EVERYWHERE?!
As I've been diving into the real reasons people are struggling in their businesses right now - with clients, peers, and even in my own reflections - it's become increasingly clear that there comes a point where the business you built just doesn’t feel like you anymore.
You’ve grown as a person and as the leader of your business.
Your perspective has shifted and evolved on the issues and challenges you're seeing in your industry... or in the world!
But the message you've been putting out there, your offers, and perhaps even your audience might still reflect an earlier version of who you were.
So, things start to feel off. Not broken, exactly… just heavy.
In fact, one of my colleagues described it like you've been "carrying around a bag of stones."
If I had to guess, you're probably doing all the things that “should” work…
…yet you feel invisible or like you're speaking into the void.
…you’re attracting clients who aren’t quite right... or none at all.
…you’re constantly second-guessing or minimizing your own expertise.
...you've been contemplating scrapping the whole thing because you just don't see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Whoooo, girl, I get it.
It is beyond frustrating because you know you’re good at what you do. You’ve seen results. You’ve made an impact.
So why does it feel like it’s just not working anymore?
Here’s what I’ve found, time and again:
It’s not that you need a totally new business. You need to rebuild your message and strategy around what’s true for you now.
That’s the work I’ve been doing lately inside my newly renamed business and big idea containers, The Bold Rebuild™, and it’s been transformational.
Women are walking away with messaging that finally feels like THEM, new or improved offers that reflect their actual values and expertise, and a business that supports who they are now, not who they were when they started.
If you’ve been feeling that low-key dread every time you go to post on social, pitch yourself for another podcast, or prep for a client call, know this: You’re not alone.
And you and your business are not broken.
You might just be ready for your own bold rebuild.
