Happy International Women's Day!

Today is an awesome day to celebrate the achievements and the beautiful brilliance of women!

It's also a day to take stock of where we women's rights are still at risk.

We are living in unprecedented times, and what got us to this point will not be sufficient to get us to a kinder, more just, more equitable world.

In fact, I believe it's going to require each of us to be more radical. To boldly and unapologetically take up space.

And to use our ideas and voices to challenge the status quo.

I have the joy and privilege of being the closing keynote speaker at my own local International Women's Day Celebration, and while I know you may not be able to join us in person, I didn't want you to miss out.

So, I recorded it during one of my practice runs - you'll have to ignore my scratchy voice and snuffy nose; I'm finally on the mend from the flu - and made it available as a bonus episode on the podcast!
