Are you coming?

Reader,

There are two seats left for Egypt.

This email isn’t about filling seats.

I want to call out that moment when you realize the systems you’ve succeeded inside are no longer stretching you.

I know you've built something real, you carry a lot of responsibility on your shoulders, and you've achieved what once felt impossible. I mean you did the thing you set out to do.

And yet, if you're like the other women going on this retreat, something inside you is shifting.

The questions you're holding are getting bigger:

  • What am I actually building?
  • Is this meant to last?
  • Who am I becoming as I grow?
  • What would leadership look like if I stepped outside the model I inherited?

This October, nine women will step outside their normal context and into Egypt.

We’ll stand inside temples that have endured for thousands of years, like Karnak Temple, Queen Hatshepsut's Mortuary Temple, and the Temple of Hathor, and ask harder questions about power, legacy, authorship, and endurance.

We’ll spend unhurried time on the Nile.

We’ll sit in conversation with Egyptian women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders navigating growth in a completely different system than our own.

We’ll explore what it means to build something that lasts.

If you know the next season of your leadership and business growth needs to be intentional, I'd love for you to join us.
